Three Rivers Fire District Ladies Auxiliary held there monthly meeting on October 15, 2008. With 5 members present.. 2 absent.
November 8, 2008 will be our soup supper from 4 pm-7pm at the community center.$5.00 all you can eat soup ( Chili or Chicken Noodle) dessert and dink. Other menu items available All donations will need to be there by 1 pm on Saturday. The only thing the Ladies Aux. will have to buy is pop.
Following is a list of items needed and who is donating it.
Chicken-Mary
Flour & Eggs- Crystal
Chili beans-Brenda
Hamburger- Laura, Brenda, Rachel, Mary 5 pounds each
Chili Powder Mary
Tomato Juice- Laura 5 cans, Rachel 1 can
Hot Dog Buns- Doris
Desserts – 4 pumpkin pies Doris, Mary 2 Peanut Butter Crystal, Brenda and Laura???
HotDogs – Got in freezer
Spoons & napkins got lots
Chili Bowls and Lids- call Wendy’s
Small Plates- We have some Laura getting the rest
9 cases of pop and water- LA Buying
We are going to purchase some candy for trick or teat and we have left a note on board for donations of candy. From the guys at both stations
Laura is making up small flyers to drop in treat bags advertising the soup dinner.
We have another soup dinner scheduled for March 14th. Looking at having it at South Station as there needs to be a fundraiser held on that end also.

At our next meeting we will be going over what we are buying for Christmas gifts. We already have a few ideas from the firefighters.
Next meeting will be November 19,2008 6:30 pm. Always looking for new members.
